At CTBC, we believe that every believer is called to serve. Whether you are a lifelong member or just beginning your faith journey, our ministries provide a community where you can grow deeper in your relationship with God and with one another.
Our ministries span every stage of life. From children and youth to men and women, from worship to outreach, however God has gifted you, there is a place to use that gift here.

Where Will You Serve?
Every ministry at CTBC is an opportunity to go deeper in faith, form lasting relationships, and make a difference in our church and in our community.
We Are One (Community Groups)
The We Are One Ministry helps the pastor identify and meet the spiritual, emotional, and physical needs of the body by sharing burdens and celebrating the joys of the members. The entire church membership is divided into twelve We Are One groups.
Faith in Action
Faith in Action expands CTBC's outreach into the community and around the world — feeding the homeless, supporting transitional housing residents, and funding international efforts abroad in South Africa, Haiti, Togo, and Liberia.
Youth Church
CTBC Youth Church meets in Founders' Hall, where children of all ages come together to build friendships, study God's Word, participate in prayer, engage in interactive lessons, and grow in their faith through a fun, safe, and encouraging environment.
College & Career Ministry
The College & Career Ministry equips young people to confidently pursue their future through mentorship, college visits, career exploration, and connections with professionals who offer guidance and support.
Ushers Ministry
Welcome members and guests with the love of Christ by serving as an usher. Adults and youth work together to create a warm, organized, and welcoming worship experience for everyone who enters our doors.
Food & Fellowship Ministry
Welcome members and guests with the love of Christ by serving as an usher. Adults and youth work together to create a warm, organized, and welcoming worship experience for everyone who enters our doors.
Praise & Worship (Music & Fine Arts)
The Music and Fine Arts Ministry seeks to reach the church, the unchurched, and the undecided through music and the arts. Through prayer, praise, worship, and perseverance, the Holy Spirit is the focus — with several active groups within the ministry.
Adult Singles Ministry
Build meaningful connections with other single, divorced, and widowed adults through fellowship, encouragement, and activities that foster community, friendship, and spiritual growth.
Flower Ministry
Build meaningful connections with other single, divorced, and widowed adults through fellowship, encouragement, and activities that foster community, friendship, and spiritual growth.
Marriage Ministry
Strengthen your marriage through faith, fellowship, and community. The Marriage Ministry encourages couples to grow together in their relationship with God and one another while building lasting connections with other couples within the CTBC family.
Men's Ministry
Build meaningful connections with other single, divorced, and widowed adults through fellowship, encouragement, and activities that foster community, friendship, and spiritual growth.
Audio & Visual Ministry
